She/Her/Hers
I believe you carry unique gifts that this world needs, even if you’re not sure what they are just yet. I will support you in rediscovering your truth as we bring healing to the parts of yourself that may feel quieted, forgotten, or wounded.
My work is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that we are not here to fix you — but to help you remember who you already are. I interweave somatic psychotherapy, parts work (IFS), existential theory, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and integrative healing tools such as breathwork, mindfulness, and sound healing.
I will help you identify your strengths and cultivate support for your unique needs. Together we will work toward healing on all levels — mind, body, heart, and spirit — helping you come home to your most empowered, embodied self.
Whatever brings you here, this is a space where all parts of you are welcome. Your joy, your sorrow, your confusion, your strength — I will hold compassion for you in your entirety.
I am a registered trauma-informed yoga teacher and hold a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, having earned my degrees from Boston University and Florida International University.
I provide services in English and Spanish to adults and teens, and work with both individuals and couples. I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, those navigating identity exploration, spirituality, trauma, sexual and interpersonal violence, anxiety, and life transitions.
