She/Her/Hers

Your experiences have shaped you in ways you might not always notice - your relationships, your boundaries, the way you show up for others, and the way you move through the world. Under all of that, there’s an inner wisdom you’ve always had. Therapy is where we slow down enough to hear it again, to reconnect with the parts of you that have been overlooked, stretched thin, or silenced over time.

Maybe you’re trying to understand who you are outside of what others expect. Maybe you’re navigating the pressure of family roles, cultural expectations, or the feeling of living between different worlds. Or maybe you’re simply tired of repeating old patterns and want more clarity, confidence, and ease in your relationships. Whatever brings you here, this is a place where you don’t have to edit yourself.

I offer psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy for teens, adults, and couples. My work focuses on identity, relationships, family dynamics, trauma, anxiety, and the transitions we face throughout life. I believe our past doesn’t define us, but it does offer important clues about the patterns we struggle with today. Together, we explore those stories with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience.

As a first-generation Mexican American, I understand what it feels like to balance different cultures, expectations, and identities, all while trying to build a life that feels authentic. This perspective informs how I work with anyone exploring questions of identity, belonging, generational patterns, and forging their own path. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade in the fashion industry and co-owned a small business, so I also understand the complexities of creative careers, entrepreneurship, partnerships, and the ways work can influence our sense of self.

I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the California School of Professional Psychology. I focus on helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create healthier patterns in their lives and relationships. I will meet you exactly where you are, with honesty, patience, and a little humor when it helps us breathe easier.
