She/They

Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and I am so happy that you are here. I believe that each person’s story is sacred and unique. With that framework in mind, I am passionate about creating a space where you feel heard, seen, and fully accepted.

I utilize a trauma-informed and person-centered approach working to identify old patterns of dealing with challenges that are no longer helpful for you, and reintegrate the pieces of your story to allow you deeper wholeness. My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and uses the power of our therapeutic relationship to further your healing.

I have lived in Southern California the majority of my life, and received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. I am a  trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) practitioner and use this modality for the treatment and healing of trauma. I have felt deeply moved by seeing clients regain power over their lives and experiences through the use of EMDR.

The work I have enjoyed the most is with women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and people healing from trauma. While I have experience with a wide range of issues, I have special interest in supporting individuals who are navigating spiritual and religious transitions such as deconstruction of faith, or recovering from religious trauma—or perhaps leaving a high-control group.

I cherish our time together, and take it as a deep honor that you would allow me into your life to walk alongside you. If you feel interested in working together please start by scheduling  a free consultation and from there can determine if we’re a good fit.
