ASSOCIATE MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST (#134375)

She/Her/Hers

I believe healing happens in connection—both with others and within ourselves. In our work together, the relationship we build will be central, offering a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported as you explore what matters most to you.

My style is warm, collaborative, and intuitive. I take an integrative approach rooted in somatic psychotherapy, attachment theory, and a strengths-based lens. I see the body as an important part of the healing process and pay close attention to nervous system cues, sensory needs, and what your body may be communicating—right alongside your emotional experience.

Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and early relationships might be shaping your present, while also building practical tools to help you create a life that reflects your unique identity, strengths, values, and goals. We'll also look at how broader cultural, social, and political forces may be impacting your well-being.

I’m especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients and those exploring sensory regulation and authenticity. I also welcome LGBTQ+ folks seeking a space where they can be fully themselves and met with care and curiosity.

People who are drawn to my work are often navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, or relationship challenges. My goal is to support you in feeling more grounded, more in tune with yourself, and more confident in your capacity to heal and grow.

I was born in Chicago and raised in Singapore, which gave me a deep appreciation for the nuances of belonging, otherness, and what it means to find home—both internally and in the world. I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and have worked in both private practice and community mental health settings before joining HPHP.
